Description of the procedure

Blepharoplasty, also known as blepharoplasty, is a surgical procedure that aims to improve the appearance of the eyelids. This procedure is often performed to remove excess skin, reduce swelling or cut out fat, which can improve the field of vision and rejuvenate the eye area.

How it's working?

The treatment begins by making precise incisions in the natural folds of the eyelids, which allows for the removal of excess fat tissue and skin. Then, as needed, the surgeon corrects and reconstructs the muscles and skin around the eyes, leading to a more youthful and rested appearance.

Effects:

• Reducing sagging of the upper eyelids, which can interfere with vision
• Removal of bags under the eyes
• Reduction of wrinkles and "crow's feet" around the eyes
• General rejuvenation of the facial appearance

Indications:

• Sagging or excess skin on the upper eyelids
• Bags and excess skin under the eyes
• Ptosis (droopy eyelids) making vision difficult
• Wrinkles and skin folds that age the appearance of the face

Duration of the treatment

Blepharoplasty usually takes 1 to 3 hours, depending on the scope of the procedure.
